The service at this characterful hotel was exemplary! It offered us unbeatable location close to a port. The great area was good for strolling. The restaurant was great with a bar and restaurant attached, we ordered hot dishes.

The hotel was fabulous and fairly clean with amazing views of the bay of Naples and Vesuvius. The rooms were new-fashioned and updated, with a hot tub.
Didn't like the area, it was very busy.

location and neighborhood in which it is located. Close to the main eagles and seafront.. Good restaurants in the surroundings. Quiet hotel. Spacious, comfortable and quiet room. For these reasons I would stay there again if I went back to Naples. staff is friendly in general although it would be nice if when you want to speak it in Italian that it does not automatically switch to English. I speak it as well as French and Spanish but I like to speak also in Italian even if I don't master it like the other 3.
The shower. Very small, even though the bathroom is big. Hot water difficult to regulate.. The breakfast very little varied. Industrial bakery and not at the height of a 4 star.. Despite the fact that in some advertising leaflets found in the room it was not easy for us to rent a car without a driver. We were sent to the train station or the airport...we were told that as it was Easter Saturday the shops were closed.... A whole morning was lost to manage the matter...we managed it.. The parking lot was a bit expensive. 30 euros a day... There was no restaurant at noon or at night. It will be limited I imagine to conventions.. For having gone to a few 4 star hotels in Europe I find this hotel is overrated in terms of few services offered.

Vallet parking was expensive (42 euro per day) but highly needed and convenient. The hotel is a great deal and I cannot think of a better location in Napoli. If I paid 50% more I would still consider it worth it.
Hardwood floor looks great but may create some noise.

First trip to Naples and this was a great choice of hotel. Situated in the back streets of what could be considered a 'fashion or shopping' district. Rooms great, very nice. Good size for Europe. Breakfast good too. Nothing out standing, but it was all fresh and well 'cared' for. I have a 5 star hotel working background - so can be very fussy. This was a beautiful hotel. Amazingly quiet considering it's location.
Nope. The hotel is down a pedestrian only street - which is really only a hassle for the porters or taxi driver. Any extra few euros will get your bag carried by the taxi driver.
